About
November Project is a free fitness movement that started in Boston and spread worldwide. The San Francisco tribe meets every Wednesday morning for a mix of running, stairs, hills, and bodyweight exercises. The energy is infectious — think group fitness meets running club meets motivational rally.
What to Expect
- Show up at 6:27 AM (yes, the odd time is a tradition)
- Workout lasts about 45 minutes
- Locations rotate — popular spots include Lyon Street Steps, Coit Tower, and Baker Beach stairs
- All fitness levels welcome — the group scales workouts to every ability
- Free hugs and high-fives guaranteed
Why We Love It
November Project is the best way to meet other active people in San Francisco. The “just show up” ethos means there’s zero pressure. Whether you’re a 6-minute miler or a walk-jogger, you belong here.
